Job Description

Position: Driver

As a driver with Estella Express, you play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services throughout Ann Arbor, Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), and surrounding areas. We are a woman-led company focused on professionalism, care, and community — and we are looking for individuals who share these values.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for clients

• Maintain clear, professional communication via phone or text

• Assist passengers with luggage when needed

• Ensure the vehicle remains clean and well-kept

• Uphold the Estella Express commitment to respect, privacy, and exceptional customer service

• Represent the company with a courteous and confident attitude at all times
